Welcome to the Computer Brain's Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

Please familiarize yourself with our RMA options and instructions to be certain you prepare your return correctly. All online RMAs are approved/declined via our automated system. You must have your Order/Invoice handy in order to proceed with the RMA process.

You must login into your account history and select the order number for which you want to get the RMA.  Once you have chosen the correct order you will then select the merchandise you want to return. Please be certain to supply us with a detail explanation of why you want to return the product and/or what essentially was wrong with it. The RMA terms will be presented at the bottom of the page for you to agree/disagree to.

At the final step you will be presented with your RMA number and all pertinent information and instructions regarding how to send the product(s) back to Computer Brain.

  RMA Options

RMA Exchange:

RMA Exchange means you would like to send the item(s) back for replacement within 20 days from the date the item was shipped or you have purchased Extended Service & Support Plan through Computer Brain. Products will be repaired/ replaced as per our discretion.

RMA Refund:

All RMAs for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RMA Refund means you are requesting a refund of the item(s) purchase price less 15% restocking fee within 20 days from the date the item was shipped. If your product is defective, you should request RMA Exchange. If the Refund option is not available, it means that you are not eligible for refund or are beyond the applicable refund period.

  Important RMA Instructions

• Please login using your user name and password, and then select the order number from your account history.
• You may only select one RMA type (exchange or refund) per RMA number. Therefore if you have one product you want to return for exchange and one you want to return for refund from the same order, it will be necessary to request two separate RMA numbers.
• All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be processed.
• In order for us to effectively process your RMA Refund request, it is essential to include everything the product(s) originally shipped with. This may include but is not limited to: manuals, software, cables and the original retail packaging.  Sealed/Retail boxed item must be unopened in order for the refund to be processed. Missing accessories will be charged to your account.
• You must clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Only one RMA per box should be sent.  If you have multiple RMAs, then please ship them in separate boxes in order to expedite the RMA process. Please also be certain to carefully mark and separate the items in the box so our Returns Department can accurately process your RMAs.
• Retail Boxed Processors (CPUs) and most other products are serviced directly by the individual product manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for further information.
