Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Computer
Brain ("ComputerBrain.com"), you
("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions listed below. You and ComputerBrain.com agree that
the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms
governing the sales transaction between Customer and
ComputerBrain.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or
amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be
considered a material alteration of this agreement and,
therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and
conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior
written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and
conditions carefully each time you place an order with or
accept delivery of any goods from ComputerBrain.com. COMPUTER
BRAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS OR LIMIT THE
QUANTITY OF ITEMS SO THAT IT CAN PROVIDE THE SPECIAL PRICING
TO ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS.
All orders
placed after 2:00p.m. CST will be processed on the next
business day.
There is no replacement or
refund guarantee of any kind for any retail package
processors, software, blank media cartridges, or any specially
ordered items.

will not be responsible for any typographical or other
errors or omissions regarding prices or any other
information.
- All
sales are subject to ComputerBrain.com
Term and Conditions of Sale.
- ComputerBrain.com
reserves the right to refuse any order.
- All parts
come with original manufacture warranty. Therefore,
customer must contact manufacture for any and all
technical support.
- Customer
pays return shipping on all service.
- Original
Shipping is a service already paid to FedEx and used.
Therefore it will not be refunded under any condition.
- All void
or change order requests must be done via contacting
customer service at 847-675-1111. Due to the limitation of
email, all email requests for void or change order will
not be processed.
- All orders
require 24-48 business hours processing time. Please allow
one extra day for alternate shipping address verification.
- ComputerBrain.com
does not process order during weekends.
- There
would be a quantity limit on some of the promotional
items.
Products sold
by Computer Brain are covered by our 20-day return period,
unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not
covered by the 20-day return period are specified on the
products' individual detail pages as well as in the special
exceptions section below.
All returns
covered under our 20-day return period are subject to the
following:
- A Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Computer
Brain must accompany all returns.
- RMA
numbers must be obtained no later than 20 days from the
date the product was shipped out to you. After 20 days,
all product returns must be handled directly by the
manufacturer or warranty provider.
- All RMA
numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- All
products must be returned in like-new condition, including
original packaging and all documentation and accessories.
Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or
parts.
- Computer
Brain will not accept items that have been physically
damaged or misused.
- Over
clocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause
CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped/scratched and burnt CPUs
are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for
replacement or refund.
- All
returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- All
related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are
NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- Computer
Brain does not offer cross ship service.
- 15%
restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Note: Base cost will reflect current market price, and 15%
restocking fee will apply after this adjustment.
Therefore, total refund is subtracting.
- Please
allow 1-2 weeks to process all refunds.
- After 20
days of the purchase date, all items that need to be
returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the
manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the
products' individual pages for additional details on
warranty coverage.
- A 5%
Transaction fee + $10 Cancellation fee will be assessed
for all orders that are canceled prior to being shipped.
- A 5%
Transaction fee + $10 Cancellation fee + Shipping fees
will be assessed for all orders that are canceled or
refused after the order has shipped.

- Arrangement
for a return must be made within 20 days from the
date the item is shipped.
- 15%
restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Products
that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can
only be returned for repair / replacement.
- All
returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned
above.
- All
refunds, including defective and DOA CPU's, will be
charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Over
clocking or improper installation of CPU fans will
cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped/scratched and
burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not
eligible for replacement or refund.
Bundled
Items
- When
returning an item that was originally part of a bundle,
the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit
price at the time of return.
- Arrangement
for a return must be made within 20-days from the date the
item is shipped.
- Products
that are defective and/or the seal of included software is
broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
- All
returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned
above.
After
receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- Write your
RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the
packaging box.

Returns
Shipments
that are refused without authorization, or that are returned
to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a
restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling
fees.
Warranty
Service
In all cases,
you must obtain a RMA number! If Computer Brain is the
warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from our
website. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible (eg:
Retail versions of CPU's), you must obtain a RMA number from
them.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are discounted off
the Manufacturer's List price, some as much as 70%. For all
merchandise, Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to
errors or changing market conditions. Online Promotional
prices are for consumers only. Therefore, we don't sell to
dealers, and also in-store walk-in prices may vary from web
discounted prices. Advertisements, Catalogs and on-line
services are prepared in advance and doesn't allow for
fluctuations of market prices.
SALES
POLICY AGREEMENT
By
placing an order at ComputerBrain.com,
a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale
as indicated on this website. By placing an order at
ComputerBrain.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar
amount of the sale, and authorized Computer Brain to collect
payment via the payment method the customer specified.
ComputerBrain.com reserves the right to make changes to this
site and these terms and conditions at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPUTER BRAIN AND OTHER
SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SHIPPING
POLICIES
All orders
are shipped Ground Insured unless another method is requested.
All orders are processed at 2:00pm CST M-F. Orders placed
after 2:00pm CST will be processed the next business day.
Please allow an additional 24 to 48 business hours for all
on-line orders. All shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. We ship to all 50 continental states, Alaska,
and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii customers must select
Alaska/Hawaii Air Shipping method.
Customers
will be charged an address change fee of $10.00 if the
delivery address is changed once the package is left from the
premises for delivery to the original address. Credit Card
will automatically be charged if such a notice received by the
Carrier.
All shipping
charges includes Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees. For
products weighing more than 70 lbs, the customer will be
contacted as the shipping cost may differ.
Stock Status
Inventory status displayed is
as of last night.
Orders with backordered
Items
All items in
stock will be charged, processed and shipped within 24 to 48
business hours. Items that are backordered will be charged and
shipped upon receiving in stock (additional shipping charges
may apply).
Customer service representative will contact you before
charging and processing any and all backordered item(s).
NOTE
Computer
Brain attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content
and pricing. However, we can not guarantee that the product
descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on
the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that
a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, Computer
Brain shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In addition,
links to product reviews are intended to provide visitors with
additional information and professional opinion. However, due
to the industry's fast pace, reviews can become outdated and
should not be considered a substitute for doing ones own
