- Shipment
time (the time between ordering a product and
that product leaving our warehouse) depends on
stock availability. Stock availability is
indicated in each product description on our web
site.

are processed in 1-2 business days from the time
they are received. Please do not count
weekends or holidays as business days for
processing time.

Canceling
entire orders:
Most items enter the shipping process 30 minutes
after you place your order. You may cancel entire
orders within these first 30 minutes. Once an order
is charged, a 5% processing fee will be assessed for
order cancellation. Order cannot be cancelled
if it has been shipped.
Canceling
backordered items:
You can cancel your order for a backordered until
the day the item ships.

RMA Numbers are issued by our technical support
department. Please call them during the hours

a Return Authorization Number for a product which
was shipped incorrect then you can call our customer

Policy? |
Below
you will find the
computerbrain.com Return Policy:
- Prior
to returning any item, you
must receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. No returns, of any
type, will be accepted without
an RMA number. Please have the
following information on hand
when you call to receive an
RMA number: Invoice number,
Reason for return and course
of action sought on the
merchandise to be returned.
- All
RMA numbers must appear on
your return shipping label.
RMA numbers are valid for ten
(10) days from issue date.
- Special
Ordered items are purchased by
the customer under no refund,
no exchange policy. Item
description will state
'Special Order, No refunds' on
the invoice.
- Cross
shipments are considered as
new order and are charged a
full price of the product and
a non refundable shipping and
handling. Defective products,
for which the cross ship was
made, must be returned with
all accessories within 7
business days for full credit.
A 15% restocking will be
charged if returned between 7
and 30days. No refund will be
issued after 30 days or if the
product is returned
incomplete. Full credit
for defective product applies
only in case where a cross
shipment is made and not to
all product returns.
- All
defective merchandise must be
returned within fifteen (15)
days of the invoice date.
- All
shipping and insurance charges
on all RMAs must be prepaid
by the customer (NO CODS
WILL BE ACCEPTED).
- All
returns for credit or exchange
must be done within fifteen
(15) days of the invoice date.
- All
returns for credit must be in
resalable condition, include
original packing material,
manuals and all other
accessories provided upon
original delivery.
- All
returns for refund will be at
eighty five percent (85%) of
the original purchase price or
eighty five percent (85%) of
current market price,
whichever is lower.
- Packages
refused at the time of
delivery will be considered a
return and is subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Shipping &
Handling will be non
refundable.
- Seller
cannot guarantee compatibility
of the components purchased
with customer's existing
products unless otherwise
mentioned on the copy of the
invoice.
- Once
Credit Card is charged,
cancelled orders will be
charged a 5% order processing
fee.
- Shipping
and handling charges are not
refundable under any
circumstances.
- Defective
Merchandise will be repaired
or replaced at Sellers
discretion.
- Warranty
on the CPUs is only 15days
from the date it is shipped
from our location, unless
otherwise advertised. No CPU
will be exchanged or refunded
under any circumstance after
the warranty is over.

Sometimes trying to communicate with manufacturer's
can be difficult, and finding a quality service center
isn't easy either.

Extended Warranty Plans do all the legwork for you.
For 1, 2, or 3 years beyond the manufacturer's
warranty we will repair/replace your defective product
return the repaired item to you. You'll be able to
request a repair through our Technical support.
- How
do I request a Repair?
When you purchase a computerbrain.com Extended
Warranty you can call our technical support group and
request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Then just ship the product back to us and we
will take over from there. It's that easy! When
the repair is completed the unit will once again be
shipped via UPS ground to you. All charges for
shipping, packaging and insurance are covered by your
Warranty Plan. However, you are responsible for
all shipping charges to ship the defective product to
computerbrain.com warehouse.
- What
happens if my product is beyond repair?
If the Service Center deems that the item is beyond
economical repair, the item will be replaced with the
same or equivalent model. computerbrain.com may, upon
its discretion, decide to issue a store credit for the
current value of the defective product towards the
purchase of another product.
- When
does coverage begin?
If purchased in conjunction with new computer
hardware, your computerbrain.com Warranty Plan begins
immediately. Any problems relating to defective
exchanges or returns that arise during the
computerbrain.com return/exchange time period will be
in accordance with such policies.
- What
benefit do I receive from the Warranty Plan since the
product has a warranty from the manufacturer?
Unlike most Warranty Plans, the computerbrain.com
Warranty Plan supersedes the original manufacturer's
warranty to provide several additional benefits for 1
to 3 years from the date of purchase. During the
Warranty Plan effective period, we will exchange the
defective item and exchange it for you within 3-5
business days. You will never have to locate or deal
with a repair center. As with most manufacturers, they
would either not accept OEM warranty through an end
user, or, in most cases, would take 4-6 weeks before
repairing/replacing the defective component.
computerbrain.com warranty will protect your time and
investment by replacing with a new/refurbished product
within 3-5 business days, thus saving you a lot of
time and hassle.
Terms
and Conditions:
- Parts
may be replaced as opposed to being repaired.
Parts may be replaced with those of like kind and
quality, and may be new or remanufactured.
- The
Limit of Liability under this agreement is the
least of the purchase price of the product
excluding tax and shipping and handling or the
repair of the product or a replacement product. If
the product cannot be repaired, or if parts are no
longer available due to the age of the product or
discontinuance by the manufacturer, a product with
similar or enhanced features will be shipped to
you. Technological advances may result in a
replacement product with a lower selling price
than the original product. Upon replacement, there
is no longer any obligation for the replaced
product under this agreement.
- computerbrain.com
will replace the product after the third confirmed
failure of the same component that occurs after
the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.
Upon replacement, there is no longer any
obligation for the replaced product under this
agreement.
- Product
must fail during normal usage. The Customer is
responsible for all maintenance recommended by
manufacturer. In the event the product fails due
to lack of recommended maintenance, this Agreement
does not cover the repair.
- Exchange
time will be from the day after the product is
returned and does not include shipping time.
- This
Agreement may be purchased at date of product
purchase or any time thereafter up to and
including the date of expiration of the shortest
part of the original manufacturer's warranty.
5. What is not Covered:
- COLLISION
WITH ANY OBJECT, ACTS OF GOD, EXPOSURE TO WEATHER
OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, SPILLED LIQUIDS,
IMMERSION IN LIQUIDS, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR,
BATTERY LEAKAGE, THEFT, MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER
USE OF ELECTRICAL SOURCE OR IMPROPER CONNECTION TO
OTHER EQUIPMENT.
- ITEMS
NORMALLY DESIGNED TO BE PERIODICALLY REPLACED BY
THE PURCHASER DURING PRODUCT LIFE, SUCH AS
CARTRIDGES, BATTERIES, TONER AND DRUMS.
- CLEANINGS,
ADJUSTMENTS AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE.
- REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT OF UPGRADED INTERNAL COMPUTER
COMPONENTS NOT PURCHASED FROM computerbrain.Com.
- DAMAGES,
IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, INCLUDING
CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
PUNITIVE, GENERAL, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY SUCH
DAMAGES DUE TO DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER
THE AGREEMENT.
- LOSS
OF USE DURING THE TIME THE PRODUCT IS AT THE
REPAIR CENTER.
- COSTS
FOR ANY DESIGN DEFECTS OR REPAIRS DUE TO THE
INABILITY TO PROCESS OR DISPLAY DATE DATA.
- BROKEN
OR CRACKED LCD SCREENS IN LAPTOPS OR PORTABLE
COMPUTERS; BURNED PHOSPHOR IN CRT.
- APPLICATION
PROGRAMS, OPERATING SOFTWARE OR OTHER SOFTWARE.
THE OBLIGOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF DATA OR
RESTORATIONS OF PROGRAMS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO
BACK UP ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND DATA PRIOR TO
COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR.
